INFORMATION

REFUNDS

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECIEVAL DATE TO QUALIFY FOR A FULL REFUND FOR ITEMS EXCLUDING SHIPPING. REFUND WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT USED TO PURCHASE ITEMS.

REFUND PROCESS:

-Please call our office (315) 701-1230 or reach out directly to your order leader or Dreissig Associate with the following information.

-Customer’s first name, last name and order number must match exactly to what our online order system has been provided with.

-If they do not match the refund will not be able to be issued.

Please allow up to two weeks for refund to be fully processed

Items returned must be within good selling condition meaning but not limited to no stains, residue, smells, ect.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS:

Items must be returned back to Dreissig Apparel within 30 days of receival date by customer and in good selling condition. Please make sure to include the original order receipt paper that was inside of order when returning the items so a Dreissig employee can make sure the items being returned is correct.

EXCHANGE:

If wanting to exchange items that was ordered customer must reach out to our office (315) 701-1230 or directly to your order leader or a Dreissig Assocaite with the proper information;

-What is the item you would like to exchange?

-What is the new size you would like to change it to?

Once that is all answered the Assocaite will schedule a day for you to drop off the old item(s) and when to receive the new item(s).
